Facility Waiver
Facility Waivers must be on file for everyone who enters our facilities, even if they are not climbing.
If visitors not been with us since February 2023 or have turned 18 since their last visit—a new waiver will need to be filled out.
For those that have been with us before, please use the same email that was used with us previously.
The waivers are valid at all of our locations.
For visitors under the age of 18—a parent or legal guardian must fill out the waiver for them by following these steps…
Parent or legal guardian makes an account for themselves
Select “Add Household Member” and enter in their information.
Once the household is complete select next and then Sign Waiver(s)
